Can I contact you via telephone?
I don't hear very
well on the telephone, so it is much easier for me if you just email me. If you
need assistance that I can't help you with through email, of course, I will
send you my phone number :-) , but it will most likely be my husband (Mike)
that you will speak to (and he doesn't sew LOL) If I know what you need before
you call it will help me, help Mike, help you. :-) I do not accept payments
over the telephone.
What size bib should I order, what is the neck size of your bibs?
Standard Bibs
Infant Bibs are of course for infants, regardless of their needs!
Toddler Bibs are larger than standard store bought toddler bibs. They work great for kids both special needs and typically developing toddlers. They just provide a bit more coverage, measuring approx 10 inches wide and 10 inches from chin to bottom. Neck size is appox 10" - 14".
Youth Bibs are for the older child with special needs.They measure approx 13 inches wide by 13 inches from chin to bottom. Target age 8 and up, depending on size of child. We have had large 5 yr olds wear these as well as adults. There are several snap or velcro positions that can accommodate a wide range of size. Neck size is appox 12" - 16"
Do you sew for adults?
No, I do not sew for adults. Because there is a market for the items I sew by
adults with fetishes, I will only sew children’s size items.
Will you sew something custom/specific for
me?
I very rarely take custom orders and when I do, it will be announced via this
site or on our Facebook page.
Is your site secure?
I am not on a secure server, but I only accept online payments through Paypal,
which is secure. If you are uncomfortable with this, I also accept personal
checks.
What forms of payment do you
accept?
I accept personal checks and credit card payments through Paypal. I am not able
to bill credit cards directly, only through Paypal. I can not accept credit
cards over the telephone or email.
Do you accept payment through Medicaid, Waiver
programs, purchase orders?
No, I do not accept payments such as
these. I only accept personal payments via check or Paypal.
How do you ship?
I ship via USPS Priority mail.
How long will it take to receive
my order?
I typically ask that you allow 2 weeks for me to actually sew your items. If
you place a large order, it may take a little longer. I try to update the
homepage if I am getting backed up. I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids with
special needs, not a full time business. I do not keep a large stock of premade
items, so most of what you purchase will be sewn when you order, therefore, it
may take longer than stores that actually "stock". I ship via USPS Priority
mail. From there, delivery time is up to the US Postal Service :-)

What is your return policy?
I will accept returns only on items that have been grossly misrepresented, such
as sewing flaws, stains, loose seams, loose snaps, etc. I do not accept returns
on any used items, or if you "change your mind". Most everything I
sew is sewn specifically for your child when you order it.
Do you guarantee your work?
YES! I guarantee snaps, velcro, and sewn seams (ie if the binding starts to
come off of your bib) for 1 year. I will fix your item and mail it back
to you for free, but you are responsible for the postage of sending it to me. I
do NOT guarantee rips, tears, stains, etc from use/abuse.
Will my order come from a smoke
free and pet free home?
YES! My home is smoke and pet free.
