Gift Certificate HELP

If you are having problems using a gift certificate, please try these steps. Picture will open in a new window.

Step 1: Click "Go to Checkout"

 Step 2: Choose your shipping method and click "Continue Checkout"

Step 3: You must enter your gift certificate redemption code that you received in your email.

Now this is the bit that sometimes gets missed: You must also enter the AMOUNT of your gift certificate that you want to use. If your GC is worth $20 and you want to use the full $20, then type in 20.00 into the designated area to the right.

Now continue with your checkout as usual.
